I am frequently asked for permissions by the OS

Since I installed MacOS 15, the OS frequently asks me for file access permissions. I am asked to authorize the same access many times. Permission for Word to access a file in a Dropbox folder is particularly troublesome, as I cannot authorize the access. However, logging off than logging back on permits me access to the file. Any suggestions?
