Drag tabs to other open windows in Safari

I often have multiple windows, consisting of multiple tabs in Safari

I understand how to move tabs to a new window, but is there any way I can move tabs to other open windows?

I know they can be physically dragged but the screen size doesn't easily accommodate that method, so I am hoping there is another route
