Does Apple support replacing the touch bar separately?

My touch bar can be used but the screen shows the touch bar is not lit but the area around me does not support this, they only support if you replace it is to replace the whole frame like that which costs a lot of money. So is there any way for individuals to repair it themselves or if it can be replaced, how much will it cost?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.0

I've tried to remove the Touchbar a couple of times....it is not easy. The last attempt resulted in lots of broken glass/plastic/electronics since the Touchbar is attached with very strong adhesive and no easy way to remove it. I haven't had enough time or enough need to try to perfect the procedure even though I have removed the glass from the old Unibody non-Retina laptops, iPads, & iPhones, and even speakers from the 2016/2017 MBPro touchbar models. I did not see any instructions for the procedure on the site where such things are usually posted....that should say something about it right there.
