How to make AirPods pro 2 seal?

Has anyone else tried putting them in upside down? After trying for 3 days, I tried it and instantly good seals in Ear Tip Fit Test.

How to prevent my AirPods Pro 2 from falling out and make it more comfortable? i got gifted some airpods pro 2 and after a few weeks of using them i notice that they fall out of my ear after a while and they don’t feel as comfortable, i have changed the tips and tried all different sizes but they all feel uncomfortable. i was wondering if there is something i can do about it, either return them or exchange them? AirPods will not stay in my ear AirPods will not stay in my ear. I can not go outside or walk anywhere. They are for inside the house clearly. Too expensive to loose for a ten minute walk.
