Safari is not letting me reach new websites

For the past month or so my safari app has been very hard to use. I am currently going some public libraries and coffee shops and using their internet, and many times when I will try to reach a website such as LinkedIn it will not send me there and instead give me an error due to private relay. Today, I turned private relay off. However, the issue still persists and now I am getting this error code: "The operation couldn't be completed. Cannot allocate memory" (NSPOSIXErrorDomain: 12)"

For some sites, it works no problem, but if I am trying to reach a new website it gives me this error. Any advice on what I could do to negate this?

Start with reviewing what extensions you have enabled in Safari.

Recent versions of Safari now have this strange "profiles" concept. It's a really bad idea. Just today I was trying to figure out why one particular website wasn't working, so I tried it using an "Extensions off" window. No change. I dug around and apparently the "Extensions off" profile had three extensions enabled. Yeah. That was a bad idea, Apple.

Next, see if you have any 3rd party "security" apps installed. Those always cause problems. And they aren't even particularly good at "security". So check for malware too. Malware sometimes uses network proxies, so check for those.
