Cannot get Exchange emails while on wifi
I manage around 150 iPhones for our company and have never had an issue connecting to our Exchange server. However, all our users who have iPhone 15s or 16s cannot connect to our Exchange server while connected to wifi. When you turn these phones' Wi-Fi off, the emails will be updated. I have removed the accounts and set them up countless times. I have reset the phones completely. I have tweaked settings on our routers and reset them countless times trying to get to the root of this. I have looked for clues on the Exchange server itself. It does not seem to be an IOS version issue as I tested it with iPhones 11-14 with IOS 17-18 and none of them have issues except for the 15s and 16s. Help!
