Can I go into an Apple Store to replace my cracked screen?

Make an appointment at the Apple Store first, to make sure that they have the screen in stock that you will need.

You can also take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop, which might be more convenient. Same deal....call to see if the screen is in stock.

If you have AppleCare+, the cost is $29
Otherwise, the cost is about $200
If you have not yet replaced the battery, it is likely overdue. About $90.
