locked in forgotten ID account on iphone SE

I have few different apple IDs from auto generating when setting up new devices over the last 20 years. My actual account my yahoo email.

For reasons I dont know, that yahoo email, which should be its own account, is connected to one of those auto generated icloud emails I dont know the password to.

When I set up my iphone SE, I plugged in my yahoo email and password, but it shows me under the icloud account under settings. My yahoo email shows under 'subscriptions'.

It didnt matter until today, when I tried to update an app, it asked for the password for the icloud email, which I dont know.

I cant log out and use the yahoo ID because it requires the icloud password I forgot. I cant change the icloud password because I dont remember the original. I cant log into that icloud email to verify myself because I dont know the password. I cant reset the phone and start over without the icloud password. I cant reset it from my computer because my location services are on, and I cant turn them off because I dont know the icloud password. Touch ID and device passcodes aren't enough.

How do I start from scratch? How do i separate my accounts?
