iPhone display screen becomes fuzzy, burry, distorted during use and writing becomes glarry

My iPhone 15 pro max display screen becomes hazy and fuzzy where the words and pictures become blurry and distorted to read. I just purchase the iPhone a month ago. The problem occurs when I’m using cellular data or wifi and with any applications. However, it mainly happens when I’m using the phone to check emails or text messages or just surfing the web. It starts out slowly distorting the display screen with fuzzy looking haze around the words and pictures until it becomes completely blurred. At this point, I cannot read anything on the screen or even type a word. I cannot manage moving from screen to screen because everything is unintelligible to view. I tried restarting the phone and doing a network connection reset which neither of those processes helped. The screen itself becomes hard to navigate because it becomes very sensitive to the touch where words become highlighted or an unwanted text box menu may appear. The problem has moved to my iPad as well which I mainly use at home on a wifi connection. I’m thinking my devices have been Bluetooth hacked. How can I resolve these issues with my devices so I can get back to the road to normalcy.
