I recently upgraded to an Apple Watch Series 10 running watchOS 11. Since then, I have stopped receiving full charge notifications, even though I have enabled the function within the "Sleep" section of the Watch app and ensured that all notifications are turned on.

It’s happening on my Ultra 2 as well. Started right after updating to iOS 18.0 and WatchOS 11. Submit feedback there’s a Reddit thread about this as well. Definitely a bug
I am not receiving notifications either. Same upgraded and all up to date firmware. I have had tech support troubleshoot and even replaced the watch! My watch does not receive the notifications when a new message or call comes in. The phone is on sleep - this should direct the watch to receive the notification and it does not alert. You can open the watch and see a call or message came through therefore confirming the connection.
