The issue is remains to be the same as was on AirPods 2 Pro and it was resolved mostly by just increasing volume on an AirPods steam. However, AirPods 4 doesn't have this option.
I've tried to play with all posible audio settings in Windows 11 and MS Teams but got no luck so far.
Any help here is much appreciated.

I have this issue in one laptop(Windows 11), but with another laptop is OK. I guess maybe some Windows Driver issues.
one more we spend our money on top brand and receive peanuts one more pair of airpods4 without anc without sound on teams :|

My Mic is set to Array and attendees are having no issues hearing me, so it appears to be working.

when i was testing it it seems to be the laptop mic, as when I sat further back from my desk and tried a test call I could hear my voice at all
