MacBook and protection

So I want to buy a hard case cover for my MacBook. But some people say that they don’t recommend using cases on the MacBook because MacBook cases are bad for MacBooks. Does this apply to only some MacBook cases or all MacBook cases? I rlly wanna get a MacBook case.

Btw this is the type of MacBook case I plan on getting:

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.13

I absolutely concur with John Galt. That case and keyboard cover is a disaster waiting to happen. Hard cases that snap on can damage the hinges. Keyboard covers will eventually damage your screen. There is insufficient space between the keys and the screen for something like that.

Get yourself a padded slipcase for carrying your computer around. If you carry a bag or backpack with a padded compartment, that works well, too.

Wash your hands before using your MBA and don't eat while using it. Avoid touching the screen. There's generally no reason to do so.
