"AppleConnect is required but is not installed" message appears and won't cancel

maybe they missed your question，they answered me，this is their reply：This may be a residual daemon that wasn't removed properly.

From within System Settings, General, Login Items.....Look for

an entry in the list that has a small 'i' within a circle. You can click on the 'i'

and it will open a finder window to the associated location. 

Or, using Finder, look in and view the files in these locations (using TextEdit) to see if you can spot which 

one it is. (Go to Finder menu ‘Go’ enter /Library). Don't use your library from your username.

You can delete the ones you don’t want but keep them in the Trash Can just in case, so you can restore them if removing them ends up causing other problems.

Login Item Locations:

/Library/LaunchDaemons

/Library/LaunchAgents

And/Or....

/Library/StartupItems

~/Library/LaunchAgents

the same problem, I have solved. try this command:sudo /Library/Application\ Support/AppleConnect/AppleConnectAgent.app/Contents/Resources/ac_uninstall.sh

Exactly the same problem, I removed all files related to Apple under `/Library/LaunchDaemons` and `/Library/LaunchAgents` but it does not work.

I left Apple 3 years ago and this issue only occurs after upgrading to macOS 15.

I think probably the only way for now is to either move that window to the right bottom corner of the screen, or backup your important data, and reset the whole system.

Anyway, this teaches me to never install any work related profiles on my personal machine.
