Are these Mac OS 15.0 bugs?

My M2 MacBook Pro Display brightness does adjust.

My Dock is on the side, so moving the cursor to the bottom won't make it unhide. Moving it to the side it is on makes it unhide.

Do you have multiple displays stacked on top of one-another. The Dock won't appear in the seam between the screens.
