All apps and browsers are affected, as well as Alexa and dot, TVs, every application or service is controlled. I am able to access whatever is deemed appropriate per whoever is responsible for this mess. I was able to determine a Mac mini Sonoma is being used remotely.

Without your iPhone being jailbroken or having been attacked by someone having access to highly sophisticated tools not available to the general public, none of which from what little I know about them actually enable remote control of the iPhone, I concur with Lawrence that it is unlikely your iPhone has been hacked. Please describe exactly what is going on with your iPhone that is leading you to believe that yours has been. Please do not discuss any non-Apple product or service, let's just address the issue with your iPhone.

You appear to have the only iPhone out of over a billion that has ever been hacked. You should look for a more logical explanation for the symptoms you are seeing.
An iPhone can be managed by a business or school using a feature called MDM (Mobile Device Management), but that requires that the phone be physically set up by the IT administration team at a company or school; they must have physical possession of the iPhone to do this. Sometimes unscrupulous actors steal iPhones from a business and sell them to unsuspecting buyers. These phones can be restricted to certain apps and functions by the administrator, but the administrator cannot see what is on the phone or how it is used. The phone also cannot be erased and set up for someone else without the approval of the administrator. If you have such a stolen phone you are out of luck; you should return it to the business that actually owns it. their name will appear on the screen when you try to set up the phone.
I appreciate your response, and kindly disagree that IPhones cannot be hacked, as mine (both phones on account actually) absolutely has been. It was purchased from a reputable Apple vendor - a local T-mobile company. The situation arose suddenly after a breakup with a significant other.
