I like having a lot of tabs, I have about 200. There's frequent ones that I go to, so I simply hit the search button rather than scrolling through 200 tabs, however with the latest update yesterday, this has disappeared. Does anyone know what happened to it, to why it was removed, or simply can I not find it - perhaps there is another way I can access it?

In the Tab view, swipe down to reveal the tab search bar.
NO, that doesn't work at all - as you perfectly well know - nothing happens if I swipe down, but if I swipe down on the mini tabs, then they just keep scrolling. Obviously you have no idea what you're talking about, you're just antagonistic and bored. So you can take yourself and your dysfunctional personality, out of my life, thanks very much.
I don’t know how you used to do it but here is what I meant. Tap the tabs icons (2 interlaced squares, top right) to display the Tab view, swipe down to see the following:
Well I swipe down on everything across that top of the screen and nothing happened at all - was there something in particular I need to tap and swipe down on?
Swipe down on what? After tapping the interlaced squares and seeing tabs.
Swipe down anywhere on the screen once you see the tab “mini” views.
In the Tab view, tap the top of the screen to scroll back the tab list automatically to the very beginning. The search bar will then be visible.
