At night, i use my macbook in airconditioned room then i use it at a room temp during daytime

I just bought a macbook air m3 and I live in the Philippines. My case is during night time, I turn on the AC and usually the temperature is 19-21 degrees celsius. I usually feel that my laptop is cold whenever i touch the metal thing parts. Then after using it, i put it in a thick soft sleeve with zipper, and still the AC is on then i will leave it in my table facing the AC. around 5 am, i turn off the AC. then on 8-9 am, i remove my macbook from the sleeve and turn it on. I think during daytime, the room temperature is 27-29 degrees celsius. So I just don't know if this is fine with my laptop. cause whenever that i remove it from the sleeve, it is still cold but i just imagine that exposing it to a higher temperature then turning it on will cause it to be damaged.

Those temperatures are well within your Mac's environmental limitations of 10° to 35° C. Its storage temperature limitations are even greater. Given the relative humidity in the Philippines, I would be more concerned about humidity, which is a maximum of 90% RH.
