After update TV OS 18.0 I couldn't use the apple TV remote to control other devices such as soundbar and TV.
i try to delete and make new learning but still fail.
anyone have same problem? and how to fix?

think the general troubleshooting parths would be
to
make sure the tv has latest firmware/operating system
try to pull the plug on tv and appletv and let them start up again
or disable hdmi-cec in both appletv box and tv and pull the plug on them and let them start up again
and then enable hdmi-cec in both appletv box and tv
in some tv's hdmi-cec goes by another name
