App Not Showing After "Ready for Distribution" – Private App Distribution (Business Category)

Hi everyone,

I have developed a business category app and successfully generated the organization ID. After uploading the app, its status shows as "Ready for Distribution," but it is not appearing anywhere.

I have selected private app distribution, and when I check the region section, it shows an error.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there something specific I need to do within the Apple Business Manager account where I generated the organization ID?
