stop automatically open tab safari

Since update to Sequoia 15 and Safari 18.

When starting Safari and switching profile (personal to work), within few milliseconds a new tab automatically opens. Always Bitwarden in how to instal their extensions.

This is extension is installed.

How do I prevent that this tabs opens automatically? I already cleared history and cache, but doesn't help.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.0
