Apple does not appear to have any authorized resellers in South Sudan. If they do not, then you would have to buy an iPhone in another country. Any such iPhone may or may not work with your country's cell carriers, and of course there will no authorized service so if anything were to go wrong with your iPhone, you would need to take or send it back to the country in which you purchased it to get it serviced.
