I did the "upgrade" to Sequoia last night. It's not good. There is lots of lag in application switching, switching between desktops, etc. This has rendered my laptop virtually unusable. Help!!!!

Usually such behavior comes down to old stuff that was installed and does not play nice with the new OS.
