To Upgrade or NOT to Upgrade?

Greetings - I have a MacBook Air M1, built in 2020, with 8 GB of memory. In storage, I have 152 GB avaialble out of 245 GB. Will upgrading to Sequoia 15.0 create any performance issues?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.6

I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade. I upgraded my 2020 M1 iMac to Sequoia and don't have any performance issues. No different than Sonoma.

I see no reason not to upgrade, though personally I usually wait until the x.1 version of macOS is available.
