Why is my Hotstar subscription not showing on my Apple Account?

I recently purchased a Hotstar subscription through Apple’s in-app payment system. I approved the payment via Apple Autopay and confirmed it through GPay. The payment was successfully processed and sent to Apple Services, but my Hotstar subscription is not reflecting as active in the app.


I’ve already checked my Apple subscriptions, and the Hotstar subscription does not appear there either, how do i solve this
