A new Safari bug on my iPad Pro

Each time I navigate to a new URL (or back to an old one) in Safari, there is a better than 50% chance that I will see a medium-grey blank full screen, or the top half of the screen as a medium-grey blank, with the bottom half displaying the desired page. The grey blank area disappears when I scroll, but it is still a nuisance.

Does anyone else see this?
