Your battery is doing better than you think it is. For every 25 cycles, it would be normal to lose 1% in battery health. You've already been through 329 full cycle charges, which means you've used the battery a LOT in the amount of time you're owned your iPhone. 329/25 = 13.16. Since your battery health is at 90%, when it would not be uncommon for it to be at 87%, your doing better than expected.
To NOT recommend anyone purchase an iPhone because battery health decreases is foolish. Batteries lose a little of their health with EVERY full cycle charge. You cannot stop battery health decline.
But if you think owning another manufacturers phone is a better option, knock yourself out. Samsung doesn't even let you know what the health of the battery is on their phones. Their health declines like EVERY battery does. But for you, perhaps NOT knowing by how much the battery has declined would be better.
