iPhone screen recording FaceTime by itself

During a FaceTime call my iPhone was screen recording by itself. After we hung up some error message came with a screen recording that got saved to my library (that’s how I noticed my screen has been recorded).

Why did this happen and anything I should do? Only happened once from what I know of. I’m just worried about my privacy
