It is not possible to have multiple instances of one subscription on one Apple Account. As long as you sign in with the same Apple Account, you will not be charged twice for the same subscription. The app could possibly respond with: “You are already subscribed” when trying to subscribe twice.

Before clicking ‘Subscribe’ again, verify that you have signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings, using the correct Apple Account, which has the Apple TV+ subscription linked to it. Then it is supposed to recognize the subscription from the account, and not present an offer to subscribe.

There may be more channels in the Apple TV app, that may want a separate subscription. Not all that you see in the app is part of Apple TV+. Content tiles for Apple TV+ would be marked with a small tv+ logo in the corner of the tile.

Only one free trial can be used, so if you try another free trial, you will not get it. In every Free Trial offer I have seen, in the fine print it says for new subscribers only. I have an Apple TV subscription that I watch on my TV and Mac and my TV will still show a banner to try Apple TV with a free trial. I also see the offer on the Xfinity network when I watch cable.
