my MacBook is stolen

my MacBook was stolen (reported to the police) and I can follow it with find my iPhone/MacBook (yesterday it was in Poland close to the border of Belarus). I have tried to erase it but it is still visible. What do I do and and can my Applecare+ help me out in some way?
