I need more storage on iPhone 13. Can I delete photo app after uploading photos to laptop?

The app itself cannot be deleted. --> Delete apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you mean delete the photos, yes, you can delete them if you have them safely stored elsewhere. However, you may need to either store them in a folder where iCloud cannot "see" them, or else turn off iCloud syncing of photos, otherwise they may reappear on your phone.


Also consider optimizing storage if you need space.
