iCloud Account and More

About a month ago my Apple ICloud account got hacked all my access into my account got compromised. Besides that the person who hacked my account got a hold of my phone and deleted everything all my precious memories of almost 8,000.00 pictures and 140 videos

If you are lucky and have recovered access to your account, they may be in your Recently Deleted folder. If not, they are gone unless you had another backup. Click on this link about how to 'Set up and use iCloud Photos' --> Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support - "The photos and videos that you delete on one device are deleted everywhere that you use iCloud Photos. Photos and videos stay in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days before they're deleted permanently."
