Passes disappearing from wallet

When I add passes for example nfc football game passes and boarding passes they stay in my wallet for an amount of time and then delete themselves, there is also no expired passes section on my wallet .

I’ve took the phone to apple and they have done a reset but said there’s nothing wrong with the phone

how can I resolve this ?
