I bought a Apple Card but the code doesn‘t work

Have you peeled off the sticker to reveal the code you need to enter? Don't post a picture of the code, but none of the information in your screen shot is used to redeem the Gift Card.

Make sure that the characters entered are correct. The link provided shows the characters that are commonly mistaken. If you still have trouble that Support Article also has the link to contact Apple directly for further assistance. They will have much more information about the card that we do not have access to.
