option-drag mail to multiple folders in iPad OS

OBJECTIVE: COPY a specific email message to 1 or more subfolders in the Mail App sidebar and then MOVE the same message from the Inbox to a different folder. Example: An mail references two different subjects, each of which has its own specific folder for that topic in the sidebar

In MacOS mail, I can press the Option key, then drag a message from the Inbox—mouse pointer displays a green circle with + symbol on the iMac—to a folder in the Mail App. This leaves the original message in the Inbox and places a COPY in the first target subfolder. I then repeat this gesture with the same email from the Inbox (this time NOT using the option key) which MOVES—not copies—the original message to a second subfolder.

I’m using an iPad Air with Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil. I can long-press and drag an e-mail from the Inbox to a subfolder in the side bar. Using the keyboard and the pencil (or maybe a finger if I don’t have the pencil) how to I perform this function on the iPad?
