Blind Group Text Messaging (NEED APPLE SUPPORT TO RESPOND ALSO)

Ok, let's trying this again. I am trying to send out a group text and I DO NOT want the recipients to see who I am sending it to. When they reply they will ONLY be replying to ME. I can not believe that the iPhone has been out for 17 years and Apple is not capable of giving this easy option. I would hope that someone from APPLE SUPPORT actually sees this so they can try and incorporate this change in the next update. Please do not say this is the way to do it, because I can NOT do it this way:

*goto Messages

*you need to turn off “iMessage” and turn off “Group Messaging”. "

I do NOT have GROUP MESSAGING in my setting to turn off as you can see from the below picture. If I did have it, it would be right under MMS Messaging.

The reason I need to know this is because I am getting ready to have major surgery any day. Once they call me, I want to be able to send out a mass blind text to all my contacts instead of having to do it individually. I won't have time to do individually with over 200 contacts. I have everything typed up and ready to copy and paste into a text. Now all I need is a Blind Group Text I can do it in. Is it that difficult APPLE?
