HDCP Error on Apple TV 4K - LG webOS smart TV

This has been the most irritating experience I've had in a while. I've spent three days trying every possible troubleshooting step to resolve this, including two days with Bell Tech support. They are saying it's not their issue.

I can stream anything on my Apple TV 4k, from Disney Plus, Bell FibeTv App, and Amazon Prime. With Prime, only the trailers and the content are audio with no visuals. I have tried on Netflix and YouTube and they work great. As well as Rumble.

I was trying to play on Stan, and this error came up. I have been troubleshooting the route: hard restart, uninstall, new HDMI c tried every possible, switching port, new ports are all current, TV Firmware and software, retorts, Factory Resets, and I still Apple TV updates have been getting this issue. Black screen with Amazon Prime, Bell gives me the Error Screen. It is a good start for about 30-40 seconds, then an error message: Nothing makes sense. Bell Techs told me there haven't been any issues with certificates or updates on their end. I don't think buying a new Apple TV 4K (Why should I when this is practically brand new) will solve the issue. Could this be an LG webOS TV (Model 55UF6800-UA) problem? I'm so irritated!!!!

HDCP errors may occur when the HDMI connection doesn’t give the expected response that HDCP is supported on all devices involved in the HDMI chain. If you have several more HDMI devices in the setup (splitter, extender, switch, extractor, adapter, AV receiver, soundbar with video passthrough, etc.), then verify that all support HDCP. For commercial 4K content, HDCP v2.2 or later should be supported.

Also try disconnecting all HDMI cables on both sides, then reconnect. (Check that the connections are firm.) Alternatively, power down all devices and start them up again (not just sleep-wake). Either method will invoke an HDMI reset with fresh HDCP handshake.

If you have other HDMI devices (e.g. blu-ray player) that you can try with the TV, then that might rule out if the TV is causing an error. Try the same HDMI port on the TV and a different port separately.

If you have other 4K TVs or 4K HDMI monitors or 4K projector that you can try with this Apple TV box, then that might rule out if the Apple TV box is causing an error.

If you have extra HDMI cables that you can try with the setup, then that might rule out if any of the cables is causing an error.

Try the simple (minimal) setups first, without extra devices connected that are not needed for these tests. More devices make it harder to find the problem device or cable.

I hear you. In this case, though, I do not have any other Devices connected via a splitter. I have an Apple TV with an HDMI 1 port and a PS5 with an HDMI 3 port (Not powered on at all) I even unplugged it from the HDMI port 3. I'm at the stage now that even after switching out all my HDMI cables, I have in-house, I've purchased a newer 8K HDMIFT 48Gbps, Ultra High- to HDMI Cable 3Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable (Slim Braided Nylon Cord 8K@60Hz 4K@120Hz 2K@144Hz HDCP 2.2&2.3 eARC Dolby Vision for PS5 PS4 Xbox Series X) that is Listed as HDCP Compliant, even though, I'm NOT having any issues with them on my upstairs TV set up with same or similar cables and NOT getting the HDCP issue on my Sharp TV. and sounds system. I even have multiple devices and HDMI ports filled up with no issues at all. And I know the Sharp TV is an older model and version as my LG downstairs.

In theory (not my diagnosis yet) it could be the circuitry behind the HDMI port on the LG TV that the Apple TV box was using. Then all the rest of the setup would work fine on a different TV. And all the other equipment would work fine on the LG TV. Do all the HDMI ports on the TV have the same specification? Can you try swapping devices around to other ports? Does that make a difference for this error?

Swapping the post doesn't seem to make any difference. I am also aware of one of the ports being an HDMI ARC port, so that doesn't apply in this case. I did swap them all out previously before your suggestion, but it's a good suggestion nonetheless. Thank you. I think I'm going to try the HDCP "Compliant" cables once they arrive and hope it does the trick. There's not much more I can do other than tossing the TV and getting a different new one lol (Palm Face emoji here). I don't believe any of my High-end cables are younger than 4-5 years old, so we'll see what happens. I'll also inquire about a splitter. Hopefully, it doesn't require me to use one after the new cable.
