The website pages keep breaking with below message. I tried different laptops for 2 hours and same issue. All other website and videos are working fine without any issues so not an internet connectivity issue. Cleaned browser history as well but same issue.

Looks like either the Apple Store server is malfunctioning, or maybe something in your network path if that message is being returned from some other server involved locally; ad blockers or network monitors or such.
If you’re using a VPN, disconnect that, remove the app, restart, and try again.
Otherwise, contact Apple via phone. In the US and Canada, that’s (800) MY–APPLE / 800–692–7753.
Or wait for the outage to get noticed and fixed: Apple - Support - System Status (shows all normal)
