Some blue boxes are seen on the screen and these are frequently chage their positions. Why is this happening to my iphone 11.

You may have set the Voiceover feature to ON. Double check:

Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Voiceover: Ensure that this switch is set to OFF.
