Memoji is not working

I have the iPhone 16 pro. I used it all the time on 15 pro, but haven’t been able to use it now. It keeps saying “Tap to resume”. It’s not picking up my voice or movements.

Memoji I have tried to edit my Memoji but it won’t work. I am tapping the … button but it’s not registering as if there is a dead spot in my screen. Also, this button doesn’t work in the same way.
