Why does my right airpod not working?

At first I thought that my AirPods are just low battery so I charged it for a long time waiting for its light to turn green but it didn’t. The light just went amber and then off but it says on my phone that my airpod case is 100% full so as my right airpod. Tho the left one says 80% and yet its the only one that works. I tried forgetting the device on my phone and reconnecting it but nothing changed.

Hello! I'm very sorry to hear your AirPods aren't working properly.

If there's no sound in one AirPod:

  1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.
  2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
  3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging.
  5. Put both AirPods in your ears.
  6. Play audio to test both AirPods.

If an AirPod still isn't working, reset your AirPods or contact Apple Support.

It seems you've already completed some of the steps, so you may need to contact Apple Support.

Hope this helps!
