Apple Watch cellular not working

I recently bought an Apple Watch Series 10 Cellular, and on the Watch app on iPhone (iOS 18), when I try setting up cellular it says "Connection Failed. The connection to the server was lost. Please try again." I've been trying for multiple days, and I know my WiFi works. I've also updated everything. My carrier is etisalat.
