I am unable to scan an EZ link transport card to top up the card. Not sure if the NFC has not been activated in my iphone 16. Pls help.

I contacted SimplyGo about this. They replied that their app team is aware of this issue for iOS 18 and is in the midst of resolving it. So hopefully it is resolved soon.
Same for me.. not able to scan my kids concession EZ-Link after update to ios 18.0
Same here. Doesn’t work with concession cards but I was able to to up an adult card with no issue.
