Delay in iPhone 16 Pro Max Pre-order Delivery
I pre-ordered the new iPhone 16 Pro Max from Mobily in Saudi Arabia on September 13th, with the understanding that distribution would begin on September 20th. However, I have yet to receive the device. Despite raising multiple complaints and reaching out via Twitter to their customer care account, I have not seen any resolution.
Does Apple have any influence over such matters? The conduct of official sellers can significantly impact the brand's image.
