How to tell which version of iCloud for Windows I have

I am trying to change the directory where iCloud for Windows stores my files. The apple support says "If you have iCloud for Windows 14 or later, you can choose a different location." As far as I can tell there is no way i can figure out what version of iCloud for Windows I have. There is no "About" section, nothing on the Microsoft store regarding versions.

Windows, Windows 10
