Switch Google Authenticator to New Account on SAME iPhone

I have the Google Authenticator app on my iPhone. It is linked to Gmail account A. I want to move all IDs on it to Gmail account B. There is an option for transferring to a new device. But I don't want to transfer it to a new device, I just want all the IDs to move to the different account. Switching to a new device also requires me to scan a QR code, but I can't scan the QR code on my iPhone with the same iPhone, obviously. I guess I could take a screenshot, email it to myself, print it out, and scan that, but I don't know if that would work.

The reason I'm posting here specifically is that I can find instructions on how to do all this on Android, but I couldn't find any instructions on how to do it with iOS. The only iOS instructions I can find explain how to move Authenticator to a new device.

I'm currently running iOS 17.7 if that matters. Thank you.
