Sorry to hear you are having this problem. It seems that you replaced hardware (screen) and now it won't start properly. This is near impossible to diagnose remotely via Discussion messages because you really need to have someone examine the hardware and test all the connections and look for broken or disconnected wiring etc. Given that this happened after hardware replacement, it seems most likely that it is hardware. I would suggest that you take it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider and ask them to diagnose and estimate the cost to fix. It would also be advisable to explain to them exactly what you did so that they have the best chance to succeed and return your laptop in working condition.
What led you to replace the screen? What made you believe that it was the screen that needed replacement versus, say, the logic board?

If that is what happened, then there was no doubt additional damage to the device (not just the screen) that is preventing its proper operation and I think you have to take it in to a qualified service center to have it diagnosed.
