Facebook feed does not load and videos stop working at the end of an ad, running Sequoia 15

I have tried everything, restart, clear cache/history, same situation on either Chrome or Safari, etc. Internet connection is very solid and fast. Contacted Facebook without resolution. I am starting to believe there is a problem with Sequoia running Facebook.
