iPhone 11 in recovery mode unable to update or restore.

I have an iPhone 11 that I plugged in last night. In the morning it wouldn't turn on and began boot looping anytime I tried to. After a bit of boot looping it enters recovery mode.

I tried using my macbook to update and restore it multiple times. And every time it gets to the "Preparing your iPhone" stage it exits recovery mode, disconnects from the USB connection, boot loops a couple times, and re-enters recovery mode (while still being disconnected from the USB). This behavior happens for both updating and restoring the iPhone all while still being plugged into the macbook.

The reason I know it's the iPhone disconnecting and not my USB connection is it has stayed connected to the mac for long periods of time while I researched this problem. And anytime I start a recovery process, sure enough it disconnects and throws a 4013 error.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
