Unable to reinstall Plex App

Hello,


running on latest Monterey OS


I wish to reinstall my Plex Server but I have been unable to stop the App.


I have removed all dependencies and killed all processes, but when I try to put the Plex Server App in the trash, it says it is still open.


lt is/was set up to run on start up and to be persistent, running in the background.
