Safari glitching, flashing, parts disappearing since OS update

Anyone having glitches with Safari since the latest update? The browser flashes, parts of it disappear.... it is unusable.... plus to make matters worse i cant download a different browser as i cant use Safari

To clarify I have no extensions running, it’s standard Safari
